I forgot my password?

Click the “forgot your password” link at the bottom of the login page.

Do I select Group Registration or Individual Registration?

Registering yourself and others from your company — Select “Group Registration.”

Registering someone other than yourself — Select “Group Registration.”

Registering yourself and only yourself — Select “Individual Registration.”

How do I know what registrant type to select, Member or Non-Member?

Select a member rate if your company is a member organization of IANA. Select a non-member rate if your company is not a member organization of IANA. You may reference our membership list here. If you are interested in joining IANA, please contact Jim Morrow.

I am an employee of a member organization and I just added myself to the database, why am I not seeing member prices?

How do I register for the different tours that are being offered?

When registering through the online system, you’ll be able to select the tour you would like to go on. Or you can check the box to the corresponding tour on the e-form or paper registration form. Please note – you will be notified if the tour is full and placed on a waitlist.

I didn’t receive my confirmation after I paid, where is it?
